Monte Foreman and his teaching style:

Monte Foreman was America's foremost trainer of horses and riders. Many of the great modern advances in western training and overall riding skills have come from Foreman's years of research into the action and interaction of horse and rider, always with the aim of improving their athletic ability as a team. The Foreman method is for advanced riders who want to improve or correct their performance and for beginners who want to do it right from the start. The horse and rider team that becomes proficient in the Foreman method will find a whole new world of enjoyment, performance skill, and competitive achievement open to them.

Monte Foreman spent a professional lifetime working with horses- as a cowboy, arena performer, U.S. Cavalryman, polo player, competitor, and trainer. Over the years his methods have been proven in virtually every kind of riding on every kind of course. The ranch has custom made “balanced ride” western saddles that were designed by the late Monte Foreman, and made by John Fallis, of Wyoming.
